Keith & John’s paths crossed through their shared dedication to quality, customer service, and a desire to make a tangible difference for the clients they serve. Drawing on decades of experience managing several hundreds of thousands square feet of residential and shared space, the duo recognized the growing need for a comprehensive, service-oriented approach to property management and community engagement. With well over ten years working together in Truckee and surrounding communities both Keith and John have developed and fostered relationships with the areas best and highest quality vendors. They have hands on experience caring for homes and facilities in our mountain communities and understand the special needs that our environment creates.
John has an extensive and diverse background in facilities management, association management, electrical certification, and a variety of trades. He is deeply committed to family and community, and takes great pride in his ability to perform technical trades while overseeing complex projects. John excels in managing both staff and vendors, ensuring smooth operations and successful project outcomes. Above all, he focuses on providing consistent, reliable, and clear communication, making it easy for everyone involved to stay informed and aligned.
Keith has a wide and extensive background and history with experience in the automotive industry, non-profit conservation, leadership, international hospitality and tourism, facilities management, hvac, and various trades. Keith prides himself on being dynamic and having the ability to perform technical trades as well as oversee detailed projects and manage staff and vendors while providing consistent, reliable and easy to understand communication.
